Be Concise: What makes a property listing attractive to
potential renters or buyers and encourages them to pursue more information about
the property? It is simply telling
the reader what they want to hear and making them curious enough to learn more. Most people will immediately want to
know the price of the property (either the rental rates or the selling price), the
location of the property, and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
In addition, your listing should provide other key elements of the property,
especially any thing that would make your property distinct from other listings,
for example: a hot tub, oceanfront views, a pool and spa, etc.
While it is important to indicate these key features of the property, it
is also important not to clutter the listing with every feature you believe is wonderful
about your property. The idea is to
write a listing that is descriptive, while remaining short and to the point.

photos often times are the best marketing tool you can offer to potential renters/
buyers. Since each property is unique
in its own way, it is beneficial to post pictures of the most desired features of
your property. At the very least, most

the kitchen, and the living area) and exterior amenities (including the pool and
view of the beach / ocean/ lake, etc.).
